Shipping Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

MAISON NOBLE ships eligible watch orders to United States delivery addresses and provides free standard United States shipping with no minimum purchase. The checkout page and order communications identify the services and estimates that apply to a particular order. Processing and transit dates are estimates unless we give a specific supported commitment for that order.

Service area and shipping cost

Maison Noble E-Commerce LLC fulfills orders from Portland, Oregon. We accept orders for delivery to eligible U.S. addresses that our checkout and carrier services can support. International shipping is not offered. A freight-forwarder, hotel, commercial receiving service, post-office box, or other special address may be restricted by a carrier or by reasonable order-security requirements.

Free standard United States shipping applies to eligible orders. If an optional expedited service is available, its charge and estimated transit timing are shown before order submission. Selecting an expedited transit service does not shorten order review or processing unless the checkout or a written order communication expressly says so. Taxes and other checkout charges, if any, are presented separately.

Order review and processing estimates

Processing begins after we receive the information needed to fulfill the order and complete reasonable order and payment verification. We may review the purchaser name, billing information, delivery address, payment status, product availability, and indicators of unauthorized or fraudulent activity. A request for clarification can pause fulfillment until the required information is received.

Any business-day processing estimate displayed at checkout or provided in an order communication is an estimate based on the information then available. Weekends, U.S. federal holidays, payment review, address verification, carrier limits, exceptional demand, or an availability discrepancy may affect timing. We do not treat label creation as proof that a parcel has entered the carrier network. The shipment confirmation is the appropriate record of dispatch.

Secure packaging, tracking, and signature

We use secure packaging selected for the watch and delivery service. Product-specific boxes, documentation, or other supplied materials are controlled by the individual product page and written order materials, not by this shipping policy. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available and may require time to show the first carrier scan.

A carrier may require an adult signature because of shipment value, destination, insurer requirements, or fraud controls. When an adult signature applies, an eligible adult must be available at the address under the carrier rules. Rerouting, release without signature, pickup, or delivery instructions may be unavailable. Address changes and delivery instructions

Review the complete address before ordering. To request an address change or correction, contact support@maisonnoble.top promptly with the order number and corrected information. We may verify the request against the purchaser record. A change is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch, and we will not redirect a parcel when doing so would conflict with carrier, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements.

Do not send account passwords or full payment-card numbers by email. If a carrier reports an undeliverable address, refusal, or failed delivery, we may ask the carrier to return the parcel and then contact the purchaser about the lawful options. Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before it is imposed.

Shipment delays, consent, cancellation, and refund

If we learn that we cannot ship within a specific time promised for an order, we will provide the delay notice and choice required by applicable law. The notice will give a supported revised shipment date when one is available, or explain that no date is available, and will provide a practical way to cancel. We will seek the customer consent required for the delay and explain how a response or no response will be treated.

A customer who chooses not to wait may request cancellation and a full, prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise. If required consent is not obtained, if we cannot fulfill the order, or if applicable law otherwise requires cancellation, we will cancel and issue the legally required prompt refund to the original payment route. We do not substitute store credit for a refund when the law requires money to be returned. A new estimate never removes a cancellation right supplied by the governing rule.

Loss, damage, and delivery exceptions

For tracking that shows an exception, loss, or delivery without receipt, contact support@maisonnoble.top with the order number and current carrier status. For visible damage, preserve the watch, secure packaging, shipping label, and all supplied materials, and send clear photographs. Do not discard evidence or send the item elsewhere while we review the report.

We may coordinate a carrier trace, request reasonable verification, or provide return instructions. MAISON NOBLE will apply the Shipping Policy, the Returns & Refunds Policy, carrier information, and applicable law to the resolution. Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited for lost, damaged, misdescribed, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.
