Payment & Security

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

Checkout shows the payment method, currency, order total, shipping charge, and applicable taxes before submission. Store prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly displays another currency. PayPal is available only when it is displayed or enabled at checkout for the order.

Checkout and available payment methods

The checkout page is the controlling source for payment availability. When PayPal is enabled, PayPal may permit an eligible customer to use a balance, linked bank, supported card, or another funding source under the customer relationship with PayPal. MAISON NOBLE does not promise that every funding source, financing feature, or payment method will be available for every account or transaction.

Review the final amount before submitting the order. A discount, tax treatment, shipping service, or other charge applies only when shown in the checkout record. Do not send payment credentials by ordinary email or provide a payment to a person who claims that an off-site transfer is required without confirming the request through support@maisonnoble.top.

Authorization is not order acceptance

A payment authorization is not acceptance of an order. An authorization can reserve funds or confirm that a payment route is available while we review the order. Order acceptance occurs only as described in the Terms & Conditions, after any required verification and confirmation.

An authorization hold may remain visible for a period controlled by PayPal, the issuing institution, or the payment network. If an order is not accepted or is canceled after capture, cancellation and refund processing use the original payment route as required by the order terms and applicable law. A provider may need additional time to release a hold or post a completed refund.

High-value fraud review and verification

A high-value watch order may receive additional fraud review or verification. Checks can include payment status, purchaser and recipient details, billing and delivery consistency, device or transaction risk signals, and a request for limited information reasonably needed to confirm authorization. We may pause processing while a material discrepancy is reviewed.

We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an unauthorized payment, an evident pricing error, a legal restriction, an unsupported delivery address, or an availability issue. We will not ask for an account password or a complete payment-card number by email. Any request for verification should be answered only through the identified store or payment-provider channel.

Payment-card data and transaction security

Payment credentials are submitted to the enabled checkout provider. Maison Noble E-Commerce LLC does not receive or store full payment card numbers through ordinary store administration. We may receive limited transaction details such as payment status, provider transaction identifiers, funding type, billing contact, risk results, and the portion of a card number that a provider makes available for reconciliation.

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls for store records, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Customers should protect account credentials, use a trusted device and network, review provider notices, and contact us promptly about suspicious store activity.

Charge questions, cancellation, and refunds

For charge questions, email support@maisonnoble.top with the order number, charge date, amount, and a description, but omit full card data and passwords. We can review the order record and payment status. This support route does not limit a right to contact PayPal, a card issuer, a bank, or a regulator about an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

Cancellation availability depends on order status, the Shipping Policy, and applicable law. A refund that is approved or legally required is sent through the original payment route unless the law permits and the customer agrees to another method. Contact us promptly because cancellation is not guaranteed after dispatch.
