Cookie Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

MAISON NOBLE uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and protect the online store. Optional functionality, analytics, or advertising technologies may be used when enabled and permitted. The current controls displayed on the site or device are the best source for the categories that can be managed there.

What cookies and similar technologies do

A cookie is a small data file associated with a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and software identifiers. They can remember a session, maintain a cart, help authenticate an account, measure a page event, protect checkout, or communicate with a service provider. This policy uses “cookies” as a convenient term for these technologies unless a distinction matters.

Cookies do not all contain the same information and do not all identify a person by name. A provider may associate a cookie identifier with device, account, transaction, or advertising information under its own notice. The technologies that operate can vary according to browser settings, consent choices, location, site configuration, and whether an external feature is active.

Essential category

Essential technologies support requested or security-related functions such as consent records, fraud controls, load balancing, account sessions, carts, checkout, and order administration. Blocking them can prevent a requested feature from operating or reduce our ability to protect the site. Where law permits, these technologies may operate without an optional advertising or analytics choice because they are used for core service delivery or security.

Functionality category

Functionality technologies can remember language, region, display, support, or navigation preferences and reduce the need to repeat a selection. They may also support an embedded feature. If functionality technologies are optional under the applicable control, turning them off can cause the site to forget a preference or make a feature less convenient without preventing every basic store function.

Analytics category

Analytics technologies can help us understand page use, navigation, referral sources, errors, performance, and broad audience patterns. Results may be aggregated or linked to a device identifier depending on the tool. We use analytics information to evaluate and improve the storefront when the category is enabled and permitted. The presence of this description does not mean that every analytics provider is active.

Advertising category

Advertising technologies can measure campaigns, limit repeated messages, attribute visits, or help select advertising based on activity when enabled and permitted. Some U.S. state laws may treat certain advertising disclosures as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Available choices are described on Your Privacy Choices. Disabling this category does not necessarily remove all advertising; it can make advertising less connected to activity.

Third parties

Third parties that provide hosting, security, consent management, analytics, advertising, payment, media, or embedded features may place or read technologies when their service is active. They can process identifiers under their own privacy notices or under instructions connected with the store service. PayPal and a carrier site, for example, control their technologies when a user interacts directly with those services.

Because providers and configurations can change, this page does not invent a fixed cookie inventory. A name visible in browser storage is not by itself proof of its purpose. Review the current consent interface, browser developer information, and the identified provider notice for the most current available details.

Retention and duration

Cookie retention varies. A session technology may expire when the browser session ends, while a persistent technology may remain until its configured expiry, deletion by the user, replacement, withdrawal of consent where supported, or a provider change. Lifetimes vary by purpose, provider, browser behavior, and configuration. Server-side records derived from a cookie may have a different retention period under the Privacy Policy.

Managing current choices

Use site consent controls when displayed to review currently available optional categories. The controls may not appear in the same form on every device or in every location. A choice normally applies to the browser or device where it was made, so clearing storage, changing browsers, using a private session, or using another device can require a new selection.

Browser controls or browser settings can block, delete, or limit cookies. Mobile operating systems and privacy extensions may offer additional controls. Blocking essential technologies can interfere with account, cart, security, or checkout functions. A browser signal is handled only when active store technology can technically receive it and applicable law requires it, as explained on Your Privacy Choices.

Updates and contact

We may post updates when technology, providers, store features, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. For questions about cookies or available controls, contact support@maisonnoble.top and identify the browser, device, page, and observed technology without sending passwords or full payment-card data.
