Your Privacy Choices

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

Depending on applicable U.S. state privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability and may have choices about marketing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Email support@maisonnoble.top with the subject “Privacy Request” or use a current site control when one is displayed.

Access, correction, deletion, and portability

An access request asks us to confirm or provide the personal information covered by applicable law. A correction request identifies inaccurate information. A deletion request asks us to remove covered information subject to lawful exceptions. A portability request asks for eligible information in the form required by applicable law. State law, residence, record type, business thresholds, and exceptions determine which rights apply.

Describe the request, the state of residence, and the account or order involved. Do not send an account password, full payment-card number, or unnecessary identity document by ordinary email. We may retain information needed to complete an order, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with tax or legal duties, resolve a dispute, or exercise another permitted purpose. If a request is limited or denied, we will provide the explanation or appeal information required by applicable law.

Identity verification

We verify a requester to protect order and account records. Verification can involve matching email, telephone, order, delivery, account, or device information already associated with the record. The information requested will depend on the sensitivity of the data and the right being exercised. If verification cannot be completed, we may ask for another reasonable proof or explain why the request cannot be fulfilled.

We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to the verified request. A permitted extension, fee, refusal, or appeal route will be explained when required. Submitting repeated or manifestly unfounded requests may be handled as applicable law allows.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request where state law permits. The agent should identify the person represented, the requested right, and the authority to act. We may ask for signed permission, evidence of registration when applicable, direct confirmation from the person, or another verification measure allowed by law. A valid power of attorney is handled under the governing requirements.

Agent verification does not require disclosure of a full payment-card number or account password. If an agent cannot demonstrate authority or we cannot reasonably verify the consumer, we may deny the agent request and explain the available next step.

Marketing communications

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop future promotional email from that stream. A service or transactional message about an account, order, payment, delivery, return, security issue, policy change, or support request may still be sent when appropriate. Allow reasonable operational time for an unsubscribe instruction to be applied across active systems.

You can also contact support@maisonnoble.top with a marketing choice. Identify the email address concerned and do not include sensitive payment information. A marketing opt-out does not delete the underlying account or order record; use the request process above if a separate deletion right applies.

Targeted advertising, sale, and sharing choices

Where applicable law provides the right and the activity meets the relevant definition, a user may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing through a current consent control when displayed or by emailing a Privacy Request. These legal terms can cover certain transfers involving advertising technology even when no money is exchanged. The available control reflects the active store technology on that browser or device.

A choice may be specific to the device, browser, or authenticated account. Clearing cookies or using a different browser can require the choice to be set again. Essential security, checkout, and transaction processing are not targeted advertising merely because they use personal information, although applicable law controls the final classification.

Global Privacy Control

Where active store technology technically supports reception of a Global Privacy Control signal and applicable law requires recognition, we will treat the supported signal as the legally required opt-out for that browser or device. This statement is conditional: it does not claim that every browser, tool, or store configuration currently transmits or receives the signal.

If the signal is not technically supported or you want a choice associated with an account rather than one browser, email support@maisonnoble.top. Include the browser and device details needed to investigate without sending passwords or full payment-card data.

Nondiscrimination and questions

We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. This means we will not deny a legally protected service or impose an unlawful difference because of a verified request. A choice may, however, prevent a feature that genuinely requires the information or may lead to a result permitted by law.
