These Terms govern access to MaisonNoble.top and orders submitted to MAISON NOBLE. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to the parts of these Terms applicable to that activity. Product listings, checkout disclosures, the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty & Product Care form part of the transaction where relevant.

Eligibility and agreement

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction and must use the site in compliance with applicable law. If you act for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so. The storefront is intended for U.S. sales and eligible United States delivery addresses.

Additional terms displayed for a specific service, promotion, or order apply to that feature. If a transaction-specific term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific disclosed term controls to the extent of the conflict, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

MAISON NOBLE role, authorization, and authenticity

Maison Noble E-Commerce LLC operates MAISON NOBLE as an independent authorized retailer of new and unworn watches from Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, and Longines. The store is not owned or operated by those manufacturers. The Authenticity & Authorization page explains the store review and support process.

We represent the watches offered for sale as genuine and rely on sourcing, product, order, serial or reference, and fulfillment records available for the particular transaction. This statement does not invent a model, feature, certificate, manufacturer commitment, or retailer credential. Contact support@maisonnoble.top before ordering if a documented detail is important to the purchase decision.

Account and order accuracy

Account and order information must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity conducted through the account to the extent allowed by law. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We may verify a purchaser, recipient, billing contact, delivery address, or material order detail when reasonably needed for fraud prevention or fulfillment.

Do not submit full payment-card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email. A requested address change, cancellation, or product change is not effective until confirmed by MAISON NOBLE. We may refuse a request that cannot be authenticated or that conflicts with carrier, payment, security, availability, or legal requirements.

Product listings and supplied information

Product listings identify the watch offered, represented condition, displayed price, live availability, and the reference, serial information, dimensions, materials, color, packaging, documentation, accessories, and manufacturer-warranty information made available for that transaction. The product page and written order materials control over general brand or policy copy for those watch-specific facts.

We take reasonable care with descriptions and images, but screen rendering, scale, and photography can affect appearance. Measurements and characteristics must be read as stated on the listing rather than inferred from an image. No page should be understood to promise an item, feature, service, or supplied material that is not identified for the order. Contact support before purchase for clarification.

Price and availability

Price and availability are controlled by the live product page and checkout. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly displays another currency. Taxes, shipping services, discounts, and other applicable charges are shown before submission. A promotion applies only according to its displayed scope, timing, eligibility, and exclusions.

An availability display can change before order acceptance. We may correct an evident typographical, technical, or pricing error and may decline an affected order. If payment was captured for an order we decline, we will return the required amount through the original payment route. We do not substitute a different watch without the customer agreement required by law.

Order submission and order acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the submission but is not order acceptance. Acceptance of an order occurs only when MAISON NOBLE sends an express acceptance or shipment confirmation, depending on the communication used for that order.

Before acceptance, we may verify payment, identity, address, fraud indicators, legal eligibility, and availability. We may limit quantities or decline an order for an unsupported address, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, legal restriction, availability problem, evident error, or another lawful reason. We will communicate a cancellation and issue any refund required by the transaction and applicable law.

Payment

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. PayPal is available only when displayed or enabled there. A payment authorization is not order acceptance and can appear as a hold before a final decision. Payment providers control their credentials, funding eligibility, authorization release, and posting processes under their own terms.

MAISON NOBLE does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through ordinary store administration. The Payment & Security page explains verification, high-value review, charge questions, cancellation, and refund routing. You remain responsible for using an authorized payment method.

Fulfillment and shipment timing

Fulfillment begins after we have the information and payment status reasonably needed to process the order. Any processing or transit timing is an estimate unless checkout or an order communication provides a specific supported commitment. Free standard United States shipping applies to eligible orders. Optional expedited service is available only when displayed and selected.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the delay choice, cancellation route, and prompt refund required by applicable law. Tracking and any adult-signature requirement are communicated for the shipment when available. Address, carrier exception, loss, and damage procedures are stated in the Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and any valid transaction-specific delivery term disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms shifts risk contrary to a non-waivable consumer right or removes our responsibility for an incorrect, damaged, defective, lost, or misdescribed order where the law places that responsibility on us.

Carrier tracking, delivery evidence, signature records, secure packaging, photographs, and the order record may be considered when resolving a delivery issue. Report a suspected loss or damage promptly and preserve the parcel and supplied materials while a carrier or store review is underway.

Returns, refunds, and order changes

Eligible buyer-remorse return requests must be started within the 30 calendar day window and satisfy the new and unworn condition and supplied-material requirements in Returns & Refunds. The customer pays buyer-remorse return shipping. MAISON NOBLE supplies or reimburses reasonable return shipping for a verified incorrect, damaged, or defective item under written instructions.

Separate rights for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misdescribed item are not eliminated by buyer-remorse restrictions. Refunds are sent to the original payment route unless law permits and the customer agrees otherwise. An order change or cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Manufacturer warranty documents

A manufacturer warranty applies only when the product page and supplied written manufacturer warranty documents confirm its scope. Warranty terms must be available before purchase as required by applicable law. The product listing and the written documentation for the watch control the stated scope, duration, procedure, and exclusions.

MAISON NOBLE does not create its own written warranty through these Terms, general policy language, or care guidance, and does not enlarge or shorten manufacturer coverage. Nothing here disclaims implied warranties, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Read Warranty & Product Care before ordering and request the applicable written terms if needed.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site to violate law; commit fraud; impersonate another person; submit unauthorized payment; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access systems without authorization; evade purchase limits; misappropriate data; infringe intellectual property; harass users or staff; or make a false return, delivery, payment, or authenticity claim.

You also may not use product, account, or order information to create misleading resale, affiliation, authorization, or manufacturer claims. We may restrict access, preserve evidence, cancel a transaction, or report activity where reasonably necessary and lawful. These remedies do not limit other rights available under law.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The storefront design, original text, graphics, photographs, code, and MAISON NOBLE identifiers are intellectual property of Maison Noble E-Commerce LLC or its licensors, as applicable. Limited personal use of the site does not transfer ownership. Reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or removal of rights notices requires permission unless law allows it.

Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Longines, and their names, logos, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use identifies genuine goods offered by an independent authorized retailer and does not imply that this site is manufacturer-owned. Third-party sites and services have their own terms.

Disclaimers bounded by law

To the extent permitted by law, disclaimers concerning site availability, interruptions, external services, and general informational content apply only as stated here. The site may occasionally be unavailable, and external services can change. No disclaimer excludes an express product representation, applicable manufacturer term, implied warranty, statutory remedy, or other duty that cannot legally be excluded.

General product-care or brand information is not a substitute for the product listing, supplied manufacturer instructions, or qualified service. We do not make a model-specific fitness or water-resistance promise through general copy. This section is interpreted narrowly to preserve mandatory consumer protections.

Liability bounded by law

Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. MAISON NOBLE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by site interruption, unauthorized misuse, or an external service where lawful to exclude that loss. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-waivable rights, or another matter that law does not permit us to limit.

Any limitation is applied in light of the transaction, foreseeable harm, remedies provided by law, and the allocation of responsibility established by governing rules. Nothing in this section creates an exclusive remedy where another remedy must remain available.

Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to indemnify Maison Noble E-Commerce LLC against third-party claims and reasonable losses directly caused by that user’s unlawful misuse of the site, intentional infringement, fraud, or material breach of these Terms. This indemnity does not cover our own negligence, misconduct, breach, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be shifted, and it does not reduce consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

Governing law consists of applicable U.S. federal law and the state law determined by valid conflict-of-law rules for the transaction. These Terms do not select an exclusive forum, impose an unpublished arbitration requirement, or waive mandatory protections of the state where a customer resides when those protections apply.

Contact us first so the parties can review the order record and available resolution. A person may still use a court, regulator, payment-provider process, or other remedy available under applicable law. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or severed only as necessary, and the remaining provisions continue where lawful.

Changes to these Terms and contact

We may make changes to these Terms for future site use and transactions. The posted effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or alter an accepted order unless the customer agrees or applicable law permits the change. Material additional notice will be provided when required.
