Warranty & Product Care
Effective date: July 16, 2026.
Before you order, review the warranty information on the product page and request the applicable written manufacturer terms if they are not available there. Manufacturer warranty scope and duration are controlled by the product listing and supplied written documentation for that watch. MAISON NOBLE does not create an additional written warranty through this page.
Manufacturer terms before purchase
A manufacturer warranty applies only when the individual product page and the written manufacturer documentation made available for the watch confirm that coverage. The applicable terms should be read before purchase. They identify the warrantor, covered product, scope, duration, exclusions, procedure, and remedy rather than leaving those details to general store copy.
Contact support@maisonnoble.top before ordering if the written terms are important to the decision or are not accessible from the listing. We can provide or identify the available pre-sale manufacturer documentation for the specific watch. We do not invent a warranty period, service entitlement, international coverage, transfer right, or included document.
Documentation hierarchy
The documentation hierarchy is straightforward: the product listing and the written documentation for the specific watch control manufacturer warranty information. A brand page, FAQ answer, sales conversation, or general care paragraph cannot expand, shorten, or replace those controlling terms. Keep the listing, order confirmation, serial or reference information supplied for the order, and written materials together.
If two materials appear inconsistent, contact us before relying on the broader statement. We will review the order record and direct the question to the appropriate written source. MAISON NOBLE is the retailer and not the manufacturer warrantor unless a separate signed document expressly and lawfully states otherwise; this page is not such a document.
How to make a service request
To make a service request, email support@maisonnoble.top with the order number, watch, issue description, when the issue was noticed, relevant photographs or video, and the available manufacturer documentation. Do not send full payment-card numbers or account passwords. Preserve the watch and supplied materials until instructions are provided.
We may review the listing, fulfillment record, serial or reference information available for the order, visible condition, service history disclosed by the customer, and manufacturer terms. We will explain the available assessment or manufacturer route, the shipping instructions, and any disclosed customer cost before work is authorized. Do not send the watch or approve repair based only on general website copy.
Statutory rights and retailer responsibilities
Manufacturer warranty administration is separate from statutory rights and retailer responsibilities. Nothing in this page disclaims implied warranties, statutory rights, or remedies for goods that are incorrect, damaged, defective, or misdescribed where those protections apply. A manufacturer decision does not automatically determine every right a customer may have against a seller.
The Returns & Refunds Policy governs buyer-remorse eligibility and the initial route for a delivery or product problem. Applicable law and the facts of the transaction control any non-waivable remedy. General care recommendations do not shift responsibility for a condition that existed at delivery.
Water resistance, crowns, and pushers
Water resistance is not permanent. Seals can age, and impact, temperature change, prior opening, or service can affect performance. Follow the model-specific manufacturer instructions and the rating stated for that exact watch; this page does not supply or increase a rating. Have resistance checked by a qualified service provider when the manufacturer recommends it or after a relevant event.
Unless the manufacturer instructions expressly permit it, do not operate crowns and pushers while the watch is wet or submerged. Ensure a screw-down crown is handled and secured only as directed for the model. Exposure that exceeds documented instructions can cause damage and may affect a claim under controlling warranty terms.
Magnetism, impact, and temperature
Strong magnetism can affect mechanical and electronic watch behavior. Keep the watch away from strong magnets and equipment identified by the manufacturer as a risk. If timekeeping changes after exposure, stop relying on the watch for precise timing and request qualified assessment rather than attempting an improvised adjustment.
Avoid impact, drops, crushing, and vibration beyond ordinary use described by the manufacturer. Extreme or rapid temperature changes can affect seals, lubricants, batteries, finishes, and timekeeping. Do not heat, freeze, or rapidly cool a watch to test it. Preserve photographs and details if an incident is connected with a service request.
Chemicals, cleaning, and moisture
Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, cleaners, cosmetics, fragrance, chlorine, salt, and other exposure unless the manufacturer guidance expressly permits it for the watch materials. Chemical contact can affect seals, coatings, metals, crystals, straps, and bracelet components. Rinse or wipe only as model-specific instructions allow.
For routine cleaning, use a clean, soft, dry cloth unless the manufacturer directs another method. Do not immerse a watch merely because general copy refers to water resistance. Do not use ultrasonic equipment, abrasive material, pressurized air, or household cleaning agents without qualified, model-specific guidance.
Straps, bracelet care, and sizing
Inspect straps and bracelet links for wear, looseness, damage, or an insecure clasp. Different materials respond differently to moisture, sweat, light, chemicals, and abrasion, so follow the manufacturer instructions supplied for the watch. A damaged attachment should be assessed before continued wear.
Sizing, link removal, strap replacement, engraving, or other alteration can affect buyer-remorse return eligibility and may affect manufacturer coverage under the written terms. Keep removed bracelet links and other supplied materials. Use qualified service and retain the service record.
Storage and routine observation
Use clean, dry storage away from strong magnetism, extreme temperature, direct chemical exposure, and avoidable impact. Prevent contact with surfaces that can scratch the watch. For extended storage, follow manufacturer instructions concerning winding, battery, power reserve, and service rather than applying a generic schedule.
Observe changes in timekeeping, condensation, crown action, pusher action, clasp security, or visible damage. Stop exposing the watch to additional risk and request service when a change may indicate a problem. This page does not prescribe a universal service interval.
Unauthorized service and records
Unauthorized service or repair may affect manufacturer coverage if the controlling written terms lawfully say so, but this page does not create a blanket forfeiture rule. Before approving work, identify the provider, proposed procedure, parts, cost, and effect on applicable manufacturer terms. No tie-in requirement is created by this guidance.
