Order Tracking
Use My Account → Orders to review the status available for a MAISON NOBLE watch order. After dispatch, the shipment communication provides the carrier and tracking link when available. Label creation can occur before the first carrier scan, so the carrier record may not update immediately.
Understand the order status
An order acknowledgment confirms submission, not dispatch or final acceptance. Processing can include order and payment verification before secure packaging and carrier handoff. The checkout and order communications provide the applicable estimates; dates remain estimates unless a specific supported commitment is supplied for that order.
Tracking has not updated or shows an exception
Review the latest carrier event, delivery estimate, and any action requested by the carrier. If tracking remains unchanged beyond the interval stated by the carrier, reports an address problem, or shows a delivery exception, email support@maisonnoble.top with the order number and current tracking status. Do not send full payment-card data or an account password.
Delivered, lost, or damaged status
If tracking reports delivery but the parcel is missing, check the secure delivery area and any eligible recipient at the address, then contact us promptly. For loss or visible damage, preserve the watch, secure packaging, shipping label, supplied materials, and photographs while we coordinate the appropriate store or carrier review. Protecting private order information
MAISON NOBLE does not expose private order details through a public lookup. We may verify the purchaser email, account, delivery details, or another order fact before discussing status or changing instructions. An address or rerouting request is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch and may be restricted by payment, carrier, fraud-prevention, or insurer requirements.
