Returns & Refunds

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

Eligible buyer-remorse return requests must be started within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. A watch must remain new and unworn, unaltered, and complete with the supplied materials identified below. Separate protections for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misdescribed item remain available under this policy and applicable law.

Start a return request within 30 days

Email support@maisonnoble.top within the 30 calendar day request window. Include the order number, the watch being returned, the reason for the request, and photographs when condition or fulfillment is at issue. Do not send full payment-card data or account passwords. A timely request does not by itself approve a buyer-remorse return; we first confirm eligibility and provide the return route.

Do not mail a watch without return authorization. If the request is eligible, MAISON NOBLE will send written authorization and the correct return instructions. The written approval states the applicable destination, packaging steps, and any documentation needed to connect the parcel to the order. A parcel sent to another address or without the requested order information can be delayed or refused when it cannot be safely identified.

New and unworn return condition

For buyer remorse, the watch must remain new and unworn, without sizing, engraving, alteration, wear, scratches, odors, residue, or other use. Protective films and tags must remain attached in their received condition. Do not remove or alter bracelet links, change or mark straps, or perform a fit adjustment if you may return the watch. A disclosed sizing or alteration service can affect buyer-remorse eligibility where lawful.

Return every item supplied for that order, including the applicable boxes, manuals, warranty cards, removed bracelet links, straps, tools, documents, and other materials shown on the product page or delivery record. This list does not promise that any particular item is supplied with every watch; the individual product listing and order materials control what must come back. Missing or changed materials can prevent a buyer-remorse return from being accepted or may support a lawful reduction tied to actual loss in value.

Items and circumstances outside buyer-remorse eligibility

Buyer-remorse exclusions may apply to a watch that has been worn, damaged after delivery, sized, engraved, altered, serviced, or returned without required supplied materials. An item clearly identified before purchase as a lawful final-sale or personalized item may also be excluded from discretionary return eligibility. Any exclusions are subject to applicable law and to the disclosures presented for the specific transaction.

These exclusions do not remove remedies for goods that arrived incorrect, damaged, defective, or misdescribed, and they do not waive statutory rights. Contact us promptly with evidence of such an issue. We will assess the report according to the order record, product page, delivered condition, and governing law rather than treating it as ordinary buyer remorse.

Return shipping and safe transit

The customer pays buyer-remorse return shipping. Use a tracked service, secure packaging, and insurance appropriate to the value, and retain the acceptance receipt and tracking number. Responsibility for a customer-arranged return remains governed by the carrier terms and applicable law until the parcel is received. Do not place labels directly on any product-specific material that must be returned.

For a verified incorrect, damaged, or defective item, MAISON NOBLE will supply a reasonable return shipping method or reimburse reasonable return shipping under written instructions. Contact us before paying for a service so we can identify the appropriate route. We are not responsible for an upgraded or unauthorized shipping expense beyond what the circumstances reasonably require, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Inspection and eligibility decision

After receipt, we inspect the watch and returned materials against the product listing, fulfillment record, photographs, serial or reference information available for the order, and stated return reason. Inspection may consider use, alteration, missing parts, substituted materials, transit damage, and whether the authorized instructions were followed. We may ask a customer for clarification before completing the decision.

If the return is not eligible, we will explain the reason and the available next step. Any deduction, refusal, or return-to-customer charge must be tied to the policy, disclosed transaction terms, actual condition, and applicable law. We do not use the inspection process to eliminate rights for a verified fulfillment error or legally protected product problem.

Refunds, exchanges, and payment timing

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method for the amount required by this policy and applicable law. Refund posting may require additional business days after we submit the instruction to PayPal, a card issuer, a bank, or another financial institution. We initiate approved refunds promptly after inspection and send confirmation when the instruction has been submitted.

Original optional expedited delivery charges are not refunded for buyer remorse unless applicable law requires otherwise. Charges connected to our verified incorrect, damaged, or defective fulfillment are handled under the applicable remedy. An exchange is a new availability-dependent transaction and is offered only if a suitable watch is actually displayed and reserved through written order processing.
