Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026.

Maison Noble E-Commerce LLC operates MaisonNoble.top and describes below how personal information is handled in connection with the U.S. online watch store. This policy covers site visits, accounts, checkout, orders, delivery, returns, service requests, marketing choices, and customer support. It does not replace a separate privacy notice supplied by PayPal or another independent provider.

Categories of personal information we collect

We collect information that a customer provides, information generated by a store transaction, and limited technical information associated with use of the site. Contact and identity data can include a name, email address, telephone number, billing contact, delivery recipient, and account credentials. Commercial data can include the product viewed, cart activity, order and return history, transaction status, delivery record, support request, and communications with us.

Payment-related records may include the selected provider, payment status, provider transaction identifier, funding type, billing details, fraud-review results, and limited card information made available by the provider. MAISON NOBLE does not receive full payment-card numbers through ordinary store administration. Technical and interaction data can include IP address, browser and device attributes, pages viewed, referral information, session events, cookie or similar identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and security logs.

We may also process preferences, marketing selections, privacy requests, authorized-agent documentation, correspondence, photographs submitted for delivery or service issues, and information required to investigate suspected fraud or comply with legal obligations. Please provide only information relevant to the request and do not email passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or unnecessary government identification.

Sources of personal information

Information sources include the customer or another person who places an order for the customer; the device and browser used to access the site; account, checkout, support, and consent tools; PayPal when enabled; carriers; fraud-prevention, security, hosting, analytics, advertising, email, and other service providers; and public or official sources used where reasonably necessary for compliance or fraud review.

If a purchaser provides a recipient name, address, telephone number, or other personal information about another person, the purchaser is responsible for having authority to provide it for delivery and support. We may combine information from these sources to maintain an order record, protect the storefront, respond to a request, or meet legal duties. Information supplied by an independent provider remains subject to the provider controls and the terms of our relationship with that provider.

How we use information

Our purposes for collection and use are to operate the site; create and secure accounts; maintain carts and checkout; evaluate product interest; process, verify, accept, fulfill, track, and support orders; communicate about delays or delivery; administer returns, refunds, authenticity questions, and manufacturer-warranty support; prevent fraud and unauthorized activity; and preserve accurate business records.

We may also use information to diagnose errors, maintain security, improve navigation and content, measure site performance, understand marketing effectiveness, manage consent choices, send requested or permitted communications, enforce store terms, protect customers and the business, comply with tax and accounting obligations, respond to legal process, and establish or defend legal claims. We limit a use to a purpose compatible with the context in which the information was obtained or provide any notice and choice required by law.

PayPal, carriers, and service providers

When PayPal is displayed and used at checkout, PayPal processes payment and related risk information under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive the transaction information needed to reconcile and support the order. We may disclose delivery contact and order information to carriers and fulfillment support needed to transport, trace, insure, or recover a shipment.

Other service providers may support hosting, site operations, security, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, consent management, email, customer service, accounting, professional advice, and data storage. They receive information reasonably related to the function they perform and may process it under our instructions or, where identified as an independent business, under their own notice. A tool category being described here does not mean that every tool is active on every visit.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect rights, safety, customers, or the service; investigate abuse; complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer involving the business subject to appropriate safeguards; or act with the direction or consent of the person concerned.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies may support security, consent records, carts, account sessions, checkout, preferences, measurement, and advertising. Essential technologies are used for functions requested by the user or needed to protect the store. Functionality, analytics, or advertising technologies may operate when enabled and permitted. Advertising data can be used to measure a campaign or select messages, and state law may treat some disclosures for targeted advertising as a sale or sharing.

The controls currently available on the site or device determine which optional categories can be managed there. Browser settings may also block or delete technologies, although doing so can affect store functions. Read the Cookie Policy for category and retention information, and use Your Privacy Choices for available request and opt-out routes.

Retention

Retention periods vary according to the record, the transaction, and the reason it is held. We consider the time needed for account and order administration, delivery, returns, customer support, fraud prevention, manufacturer documentation, dispute resolution, tax and accounting records, legal requirements, security, and the establishment or defense of claims. A cookie or third-party tool may have a separate duration described by the provider or current consent interface.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, deidentify it, or retain it in a limited archive when lawful and appropriate. A deletion request may not require removal of information that must be retained for a transaction, security, legal obligation, or another permitted reason. Backup and fraud-control records may be removed on a different operational schedule.

Security and account protection

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards selected for the nature of the store records. Measures can include access controls, provider security features, limited staff access, transaction review, logging, and secure transmission supported by the site. No internet transmission, account, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that every risk will be prevented.

Use a unique password, protect the associated email account, sign out from shared devices, and review order communications. Contact support@maisonnoble.top about suspected unauthorized store activity. Do not use ordinary email for full payment-card data or passwords. We may need to verify the requester before discussing private order information.

U.S. state privacy rights

U.S. state privacy rights vary by residence, the type of data, the activity, and whether the applicable statutory thresholds and exceptions are met. Where a state privacy law applies, a resident may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, or portability, and may have choices concerning targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling. Some laws permit an appeal or an authorized agent.

Rights are not absolute. We may verify identity, ask for information reasonably needed to find the relevant record, deny or limit a request where an exception applies, and retain information for lawful purposes. We do not discriminate for exercising an applicable right. Instructions are provided on Your Privacy Choices.

California disclosures

California privacy law may require disclosures about categories of information, sources, business or commercial purposes, categories of recipients, retention, and rights. Those topics are described in this policy. Depending on whether the law applies to the business and a particular activity, California residents may request to know, correct, delete, or obtain certain information, and may opt out of processing that legally qualifies as sale or sharing.

We do not use this paragraph to claim an exemption or to waive a right. A verified request is evaluated under the law in effect for that request, including permitted exceptions. If California law requires recognition of a supported browser opt-out signal, the conditional Global Privacy Control process described on Your Privacy Choices applies.

Children

The store is intended for adults purchasing watches and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask a child to create an order. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child provided personal information through the site, contact us with enough detail to locate the record without sending additional sensitive information. We will review and take the action required by applicable law.

Transfers and external services

The site and its providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where the provider operates. Privacy and access rules can differ by jurisdiction. We use provider arrangements and other measures appropriate to the service and governing requirements. Links to a carrier, PayPal, or another external service are governed by that service privacy notice when the user leaves our site or interacts directly with it.

Policy changes and contact

We may make changes to this policy as the store, providers, or law develops. A revised policy will be posted with a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided when required. Changes do not retroactively eliminate rights that applied to earlier activity.
